All of the bears are one of a kind bears, so please do not hesitate in reserving your bear. Although I endeavour to update the adopted and reserved bears straight away, this is not always possible, so please check with me.

Terms and conditions.

1. This website is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and you agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

2. You can place your order by telephone, email, or in writing, please supply details of how you wish to pay (credit card, sterling cheque, bank to bank transfer). PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL  YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

3. All bears must be paid for when they are ordered from the website, we do not offer a layaway service. If you can't afford the bear you like at the moment please ask us to make you a similar bear when you have more money, you'll get a bear specially made for you that way too. A 50% deposit is required for specially commissioned bears.

4. Please provide your home address, delivery address (if different), your email address, and telephone and fax numbers.

5. If you would like to pay by Credit/Debit Cand: please call me and I can take the card details over the phone,( DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CARD DETAILS), I will need the following details  card type (VISA/Maestro/Delta/Switch/MasterCard), the card number, the issue and expiry dates and the last three numbers on the signature strip on the reverse side of the card, please provide the address to which the card relates (i.e. where your statements are sent, usually your home address). If phoning please confirm your order by email, letter  and confirm that the amount of your deposit may be debited when you place your order, and the balance plus postage and insurance (where applicable) may be debited when your bears are ready for posting. Please note I am unable to accept American Express or JCB cards, sorry. We can arrange payment by Papal for any bear on our website, please email or phone for details.

6. Delivery and insurance will be charged at cost unless otherwise stated and will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel force or Insured International Post. If you would prefer to arrange your own collection please let me know.

7. Please allow plenty of time for delivery for specially commissioned bears, 3-4 weeks is normal but this can be longer if I am  particularly busy, I will let you know when you place your order.If your specially commissioned bears are required by a certain date please let me know when you are ordering and await confirmation. It's always a good idea to keep reminding me too.

8. Bears will be posted on receipt and clearance of payment

9. For specially commissioned bears Elanor reserves the right to consider the order as cancelled if payment or contact is not made within 30 days of the date of completion of the bear.

10. For specially commissioned bears Elanor reserves the right to substitute a mohair or other fabric for one of equivalent quality and of a similar colour or style if the original is unavailable.  We will discuss this with you at the time of you placing your order.If you order a bear or other animal made to your special requirements (a one of a kind bear) please state the exact description of the bear/animal in writing, this helps to avoid any confusion and becomes legally binding

11. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your bear please contact me immediately and I will endeavour to put this right for you, if you are still unhappy you should return your bear to me  within seven days for a full refund less postage. This applies to all items sold over this website but does not include bears or other specially commissioned creations made to your own requirements. When returning a bear you must arrange insurance and make sure that a signature is required, please retain proof of posting .
